(P.O.M.AmeA). It is governed by a nine-member (9-member) Board of Directors consisting exclusively of people with disabilities, serving three-year terms. Our goal is to organize all people with disabilities residing on the island of Rhodes, to study, raise awareness of, and address the issues faced by people with all forms of disability, and to promote and advance their human and social rights in every way possible. To highlight and resolve, to the extent possible, the problems faced daily by people with disabilities/ Chronic and Rare Diseases, on the one hand by protecting their individual rights and, on the other hand, by promoting, through collective action and solidarity, the assurance of better living conditions that allow for their smooth and equal integration into society. Initiatives aimed at raising awareness, promoting, and protecting the rights of people with disabilities and chronic conditions, in order to create the appropriate conditions for the smooth social integration of these individuals and the harmonious coexistence of all citizens within society.
