a. To preserve, protect, and promote the natural and man-made environment of the area around the bay of Loutra Kythnou, the adjacent coves, and the settlements from Agia Irini to Mamakou.
In particular, the settlement of Loutra, which is designated as a traditional settlement of special tourist significance and has a Zoning Plan.
