Objectives: 1. To contribute to the cultural, intellectual, social, and moral development of the members and residents of Naxos. To foster a spirit of solidarity and mutual aid and to promote equal opportunities. 2. To protect motherhood, the family, and children. 3. To preserve and develop cultural heritage. 4. To preserve and protect the natural environment. 5. To foster cultural and environmental knowledge and awareness. 6. The organization and support of cultural, educational, and environmental activities. 7. The mobilization of residents, organizations, and citizen groups on issues of cultural, environmental, and other interest. 8. Utilizing any form of assistance that may be provided by government, municipal, European, and other authorities to carry out projects that implement cultural, environmental, and educational activities. 9. Influencing decisions concerning Naxos, with the aim of protecting cultural heritage, the environment, and ecological balance. 10. The creation of a network for cooperation and information sharing to provide technical, scientific, and legal assistance to local initiatives, as well as the establishment of infrastructure to serve these purposes.
