The Save Ios Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the environment and cultural heritage of Ios. The association’s work consists of preserving the island’s natural beauty, ensuring free access to public spaces, and promoting responsible tourism and economic development that respects the unique character of the place. Our members have experience in initiatives that promote environmental protection, sustainable development, and community engagement. We have successfully managed projects such as Med-RESET, which involved the construction of small dams to restore the island’s natural water system, and the Ios Art Residency, which promoted environmental awareness through contemporary art. Our association works closely with local and international organizations to create a sustainable future for Ios.
