The Social Citizen Card is a digital tool that facilitates citizens’ access to social benefits and services. It easily integrates into digital wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet) for immediate and secure use.

The Social Citizen Card is an initiative of the South Aegean Social Inclusion Observatory, aimed at providing useful information on Health, Culture, Accessibility, and more, all from one point, easily, quickly, and securely. Through digital innovation, which operates effectively in similar Citizen Cards in municipalities across Greece, it is a pioneering initiative at the regional level, contributing to social cohesion and reliable information for all.
The Social Citizen Card offers significant benefits for its holder, making it particularly useful:
- Enhancement of information and accessibility: It facilitates citizens’ access to cultural and tourist sites, as well as to the cultural events of the region, promoting participation in local life.
- Guidance for social benefits: It provides useful information about basic social benefits and assistance, enhancing social inclusion and financial support for citizens.
- Information in the health sector: It gathers and displays information about healthcare facilities in the region, facilitating awareness and access to healthcare services.

The application has been developed according to Crowdpolicy’s City On Pass, utilizing the capabilities of digital technology to serve the citizen.
